Claire's 3rd Birthday Party

For Claire's third birthday party we went to the pumpkin patch. It was a great party. The kids loved going to pick pumpkins on Halloween morning.

Halloween 2009

What could be better than costumes and candy? We had soccer games, Claire's birthday party, the Trunk-or-Treat at church and Trick-or-Treating. Leah was begging to go home because she was so exhausted. Jared came home and took a shower. When we went up to check on him, we found him asleep on the bathroom floor in his towel. Exhausted kids means a great time has been had by all!

Halloween School Parades

Halloween might be bigger than Christmas in our house. I feel like I need to get up at 4am to make sure that everyone is ready to go before school starts.


Claire was in heaven since Grandma and Nonni were with us most of the morning for her birthday and for the Halloween Parades.






We have many costumes from Jared but Lucas was adamant that he wanted to be R2D2. Here was my best stab at the costume (since of course there are none to purchase anywhere!) I almost lost it when he didn't want to put it on when we got to his school.




Jared was an M&M.

Leah was Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz.

Claire was her favorite princess, Jasmine.

Claire Turns 3!

Claire may be small in stature but she had a BIG third birthday.


She got a BIG girl bed.

She is a BIG Jasmine fan so she got a Jasmine costume (since Halloween is the day after her birthday!) and a Jasmine cake.

Her Big brothers, sister and Keller cousins were there to sing her happy birthday!

She got her first BIG girl bike!

Claire's personality is nothing close to small. She is not afraid to boss her older siblings around. She has a beautiful singing voice and is always ready to pose. We are never bored with Claire around.

Our New Camera

We finally got a nicer camera. Since I am done with a diaper bag, I can actually carry a camera bag. As a result, here are the boys posing. They love the camera!
